
Project Overview
In 2024, Latitude Productions had the exciting opportunity to cover the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto Race in collaboration with Track Limits and IndyCar. This high-energy event brought together motorsport enthusiasts from across the globe to witness the thrill of world-class racing on the streets of Toronto.
Pre-Production
Prior to the race, we conducted meticulous pre-production planning to ensure seamless execution and impactful deliverables for Track Limits and IndyCar. This included planning out deliverables, working with race officials to make sure we had the proper access come the day of the event, developed a rough storyboard for the vlog, focusing on capturing behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with drivers or fans, and dynamic race highlights and coordinated with event organizers for key timings and access to critical areas, such as the pit lane, grandstands, and podium.
Filming
Filming took place over three exhilarating days, capturing the energy, excitement, and intensity of the event from every angle. We worked tirelessly in the heat, navigating the sprawling track to ensure comprehensive coverage of this high-profile motorsport event.
Post-Production + Final Products
After three days of filming, we turned raw footage into dynamic, engaging content. The vlog blended behind-the-scenes moments, race-day highlights, and interviews, paired with energetic sound design and branding.
Short social media cuts captured dramatic on-track action and fan energy, tailored for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Edited photos showcased vibrant race moments, candid shots, and sponsor branding for digital and promotional use.
The final deliverables included a 1 minute vlog, multiple high-impact social videos, and a collection of high-quality photos. These assets captured the excitement of the Indy Toronto Race, strengthening Track Limits and IndyCar’s online presence.
